Dear Parents,
I would like to thank all the volunteers who took the time to help with the harvest festival; the children enjoyed all the wonderful food and the creative activities. We have several upcoming events. I hope you are able to attend Journey and Discovery this weekend. This is an amazing experience that allows you to experience the Montessori learning environment at all levels from toddler through upper elementary. Also, November 22nd is Special Person’s Day when your child can invite a special person to visit the classroom.
It is that time of year when we begin baking and preparing for upcoming events, please visit our website for any volunteer opportunities that you might be able to help out with. On December 2nd we will be attending The Nutcracker performance at the Wharton Center we need drivers for this event. We will be on break the week before so as a reminder those children that use booster seats will need to be left at the school Monday morning.
The children have been very interested in writing their own books, this is a great opportunity to read and write with your child at home.
