Hello T1 Parents –
We are starting to settle in the classroom with our new children. It was so nice to see everyone the first day of school. Each week we have added a new student. Soon we’ll have pictures in the photo gallery and outside of our classroom.
I wanted to say Congratulations to Christiana who is so happy to be a big sister now. Her sister was born the first week of school and we are very happy for the family. We’ve been talking a lot about babies and being a big sister or big brother in the toddler room. We are reading books on the subject too.
In the toddler room the children work with plenty of water each day. Remember to keep sending shirts and make sure they are labeled. This helps us keep clothes from getting lost or sent home with someone else.
In October, we’ll start introducing vegetables by talking about the vegetable of the month and what we’ll make with them. I’ll post recipes as well. Our vegetable for October will be pumpkin. I wanted to thank Owen’s Family for sharing tomatoes from their garden. We really enjoyed them.
