The children have been very busy so far this year. We have several stories with the moveable alphabet being written, maps of different continents being made, and quite a bit of polishing. Many of the children have been exploring with mixing primary colors and creating new colors. It’s always wonderful to watch the children explore the classroom materials and learning new things.
As we approach colder weather, I want to remind everyone to send your child with warm outdoor clothing for when we play outside and to make sure your child has extra clothes that are weather appropriate.
Conferences are coming up next week, so please be sure you sign up for a time on “Ivolunteer”. I look forward to discussing your classroom observations and having the opportunity to talk about your child’s development. Conferences are on Thursday October 31st and Friday November 1st. The school is closed on those days.
