Dear Parents,
In hopes that spring will soon be upon us, Ms. Julie, the green house coordinator is back for the spring planting. The children will be planting flowers (Johnny Jump Ups), and preparing the green house for the planting of spring vegetables.
In the classroom, the students have been busy with fractions, Lowest Common Multiple (LCM), area, movement of the Earth, Roman History, and writing stories.
The upcoming events include first Friday and the elementary sleep over on March 7th, conferences on March 13th and 14th (no school), the elementary potluck on March 12th, and Young Person’s Concert on March 26th. Also, Tuesday books will have books for sale in the lobby from March 10 -17th. If you have any trouble viewing or accessing Ivolunteer, I am more than happy to assist before or after school. Sign up to bring a dish to pass for the potluck and we still need drivers for the Young Person’s Concert at the Wharton Center.
